JLD provide a concise exterior lighting design package for both on and off-street developments. For on-street the following deliverables are provided as standard:

• Site survey and electrical inspection (S278)

• 200 Series - Site Clearance drawings (S278)

• 1300 series – Lighting Layout drawings

• 1400 series – Electrical Drawings

• MCHW Contract Specification

• Lighting calculations

• Cable Calculations

JLD have gained technical approval in over twenty Local Authorities across the England and Wales from single column locations to new strategic link roads. Many of which have been granted first-time approval.

SMAS Health and Safety Accreditation Awarded

As part of our active health and safety policy, we sought to obtain H&S accreditation as Designers with the well known and dedicated H&S assessment company - SMAS. 

The assessment was carried out against the Safety Schemes in Procurement (SSiP) core criteria. The criteria of which is aligned to the Government-backed construction pre-qualification document PAS 91. This ensures consistency within the supply chain management of our Clients.
